i con Curr work: their is evidence of Super Slow particles. (waive the other term).

a ray seen such as the B.C. Flag, from a South Westerly Space Weather (wex)
the particles seem too stay in place, in low or close too earth surface region.
i have not much evidence here, may have too drop this observation.
